Selling your home can be a lot easier if you take a few steps to make it more appealing to the potential purchaser. This checklist will help you achieve your goal of selling your home quickly and for the highest possible price:
Exterior - Curb Appeal
Uncluttering - Mow, trim, weed, water and pick up around the lawn. Clean up pet areas and res-sod if necessary. Remove extra vehicles from the curb view.
Cleaning - Wash windows inside and out. Sweep and remove stains from walkways and driveways. Hose down the siding/brick or stucco.
